The company's main products include research and development of robot applications and system integration, industrial automation production lines and automation equipment, testing equipment, experimental equipment, etc., covering a complete set of services from preliminary scheme design demonstration, system simulation, production processing to installation and debugging, technical training, etc.
The company has advanced intelligent and linked production-line design and manufacturing capabilities, as well as assembly and adjustment capabilities. Especially under the cultivation of Bosch, has rich experience in automatic assembly lines such as stator, rotor and motor of body micro motor, and integrates the design concept of industry 4.0 and digital combination, so as to truly achieve intelligent manufacturing.
With the start of the supporting motor industry of new energy vehicles, Jialin Intelligent has made in-depth research and development on the insulation treatment process of the driving motor of new energy vehicles, successfully developed a full-automatic production line for the insulation treatment process (trickling and coating) of the driving motor of new energy vehicles for Shanghai Huayu Electric, which is the first domestic automatic mass production line in China.
